Our Fund is registered as a mutual fund (FGR) with the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) under the Light Regime in accordance with European regulations.
A Dutch FGR has no legal personality. Because of this reason, the Fund has appointed the Foundation Legal Owner Coeus Capital Diversified Currency Fund as independent Legal Owner of the assets of the Fund.
This Foundation is 100% controlled by the administrative organisation IQEQ Financial Services BV. IQEQ, a recognised internationally operating organisation, which is fully licensed by the Dutch Financial Authorities, the AFM and DNB.
Also of great importance to Coeus Capital: IQEQ has an ISAE 3402 statement issued by BDO, a recognition of achievement of the highest standard with regard to the quality and control of outsourced (financial) processes.
The unitholders are Economic Owners. The manager of the Fund is Coeus Capital B.V.
The fund structure ensures that the interests of the unitholders are optimally safeguarded. The Manager of the Fund manages the investments in accordance with the investment policy, but cannot dispose of the Fund’s funds.
