Robert J. Teuwissen
In addition to his work as CEO for Coeus Capital, Robert is the CEO and founder of four companies that focus in different ways on innovative solutions in asset management, trading and software development. A central theme that unites these firms is the understanding that markets are inherently unpredictable and that successful investment strategies must be based on the consistent application of rules and principles.
Prior to this, Robert was a Managing Partner and co-founder of several firms in the areas of brokerage, consulting, alternative investment strategies and startup financing. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
Prior to becoming CIO at Coeus Capital, Henk van Andel worked as a Director of Investments at Chambery Capital. Before that, Henk managed a number of investment funds at Finles Capital Management. From 2000 to 2012 he was a partner at Attica Vermogensbeheer and Henk was mainly in charge of investment policy. Prior to that, Henk worked as a portfolio manager at Lombard Odier Group, primarily in charge of investment policy for private investors. Henk started his career at Esso Benelux, where he held several financially oriented positions. Henk studied business administration in Groningen.

Rob van Kuijk
Rob Van Kuijk is Managing Partner at Finles Capital and non-executive board member of several international investment funds. Previously, until early 2018 he was CEO and CIO at Finles NV and as such was responsible for Business Development and investment policy. Within Finles NV, Rob has gained extensive experience in managing global multi-manager portfolios since 1994. In 1998 he was one of the first Dutch fund managers to invest in hedge funds. Before joining Finles in 1994, Rob worked and studied for 4 years as an assistant accountant at Van Dien & Co (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and then 12 years at Delta Lloyd where his last position was regional director. Rob is a certified tax advisor, certified credit analyst and holds several academic certificates in business economics and accountancy.
Peter has spent most of his career working as an entrepreneur and has been very successful at it. In 2012, he founded Coloured Finches, an investment company in energy, including biofuels. Prior to that, Peter was Chief Executive Officer and shareholder of North Sea Group. He has over 25 years of experience in various positions within the European downstream energy market with companies such as the Van der Sluijs Group and Exxon Mobil. Peter specializes in and focuses on logistics, sales and organization, with an extensive experience in the downstream oil market. Peter studied business administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
