Legal Form

Our Fund is registered as a mutual fund (FGR) with the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) under the Light Regime in accordance with European regulations.

Roles

A Dutch FGR has no legal personality. Therefore, the Fund has appointed a foundation as independent legal owner of the assets.

Administrator

This foundation is controlled by Bolder Financial Services BV, a recognised and licensed organisation supervised by the AFM and DNB.

Oversight

The structure ensures that the interests of unitholders are safeguarded while operating within the defined investment policy.

  • Independent monthly NAV and administration by a specialist third-party administrator.
  • Independent legal ownership structure via a dedicated foundation (Stichting).
  • Outsourced processes covered by ISAE 3402 assurance (issued by BDO).
